Making a simple textured box in DeleD
First off, welcome to the world of DeleD. This builder isn't as difficult as it seems.
Step #1
With Deled open, look on the right and click on cube. (we are just making a box) (it's circled)
With cube selected, click and drag in one of the views. (I prefer front view)
You will see your box being created in the rendered view as you drag your mouse.

Step #2
Now we need to texture our new box.
First, press "shift" and left click on your box in one of the views.
Then, click on the texture inspector tab (circled in the top bar)

Here is the texture inspector. It shows you all the textures you have at your disposal.
I don't like the default color, so let's click and drag one of the textures to the top screen.
(You also have other default choices in the left bar of your screen)

It will look like this when you are done.

With your box selected, click on your new texture to apply it.

Now, you are ready for the next step.
Step #4
We don't want just one texture on our new box now do we? No? Good.
I don't eather. So let's grab another texture and apply it to one face.
Click on face mode (circled in the top right side)
Then, shift + click on the front view of your box. You see that red line? That's the face
that you have chosen. If it's wrong, (you can check this in the top view to see what side is highlighted)
then just shift + click again.

Now, if you are like me, this image looks a tad large for this box. I think we need to scale it a bit.
In order to scale it, we need to turn "autoUV" off.
Click on "scene" (circled in the top right side)
Then you will see your box. (circled below)
Right click on your box to bring up the properties tab.

Click it to bring up the object inspector.
Then, click on the autouv tab and click "false".

Now, go back to your object, reselect it if necessary, and click on face mode again.
Now, reselect the face you want to scale.
Then, click on "scale" in the right side. (circled)
Then, just click and drag on the face. Watch what happens to your texture.

Now, maxamize your window, right click to move around.
And here you have your finished box.

All of the primatives work pretty much the same. (as far as making them)
You should now have enough information to get started using DeleD.
